Chief Executive Officer/ Chief Technological Officer

Sarath Artham

Over the past 18 years, Mr. Artham has led managed care organizations through continuous business improvement affecting positive bottom-line performance. His focus is multi-dimentional across all related department structures bringing together teams to better serve populations in shared or full-risk related contractual processes. Key driving factors to Mr. Artham's vision have included operational cost reductions by streamlining care coordination, eligibility & population management, utilization review, claims, customer service and various financial and analytical aspects in the healthcare payer markets. Mr. Artham is a Certified Cost Accountant and holds a Master's Degree in Accounting as well as Information Technology from Osmania University, India. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) and the California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG).

Chief Medical Director

Dr. Thiru Rajagopal

Thiru Rajagopal MD, FACS is a general surgeon who has been serving diverse group of patient populations for the past 30 years in the Sacramento community hospitals. He is the founder and CEO of Sierra Health Alerts, a company dedicated to promoting preventive care and population health. Dr. Rajagopal has had the opportunity to work with Dignity Health Care System at different levels. He has served as the Chief of Staff, and as a member in the Medical Executive, Quality and Peer Review Committees at Mercy General Hospital. He was also an Exofficio Board member for Sacramento Community Dignity Hospitals. He is the adviser to health plans like River City Medical Group, a Sectional Chief for Hills Physician Medical Group IPA and a Surgical Director for the Greater Sacramento Surgery Center. Dr. Rajagopal is also a Fellow for American College of Surgeons and an active member with The American Society of Breast Surgeons. Furthermore, as a faculty member of California NorthState University, Dr. Rajagopal mentors future physicians and their clinical reasearch projects. Dr. Rajagopal is a physician with enormous passion to address the health care needs of minority communities with complex medical issues.

Dr. Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith, M.D. is an acting board-certified Internal Medicine physician and surgeon. Dr. Smith also serves as a Certified Hospice Medical Director and consultant. He attended the University of New York in Buffalo where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. His postdoctoral training was completed locally at U.C. Davis Medical Center. Dr. Smith participates as an investigator in clinical trials to improve patient care and treatment outcomes, performs speaking engagements, as well as serves tirelessly on various panels and boards seeking to improve patient care, outcomes and medical education. With 40 years of experience, Dr. Smith has been an advocate to the Northern California population providing care for approximately 10,000 patients over the decades.

Pediatric Medical Director

Ravinder S. Khaira, M.D., M.P.H., FAAP

Ravi Khaira is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Khaira attended the University of California at Davis graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences in 1990, he then attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his clinical cores at Yale and Cornell Medical Centers. Dr. Khaira completed his post-doctoral training in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Khaira also holds a Master’s in Public Health from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at John Hopkins University. Along with patient care Dr. Khaira is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, Public Health and the Director of the Pediatric Clerkship at the California Northstate University College of Medicine. Dr. Khaira is a vocal advocate for children’s health issues, and can often be heard educating his patients, staff, and students throughout the halls of all our clinics. With over 24 years of clinical experience Dr. Khaira is a dynamic, caring and thoughtful provider.

Director of Network Operations

Paul Dobrovolsky, MBA

Mr. Dobrovolsky serves as Nivano Physicians' Director of Network Operations. Paul is responsible for all aspects of the provider network strategy, and for identifying and creating new opportunities for Nivano Physicians. In his previous role, Paul spent 6 years helping to build one of the largest Medi-cal Managed care IPA's in California. He was a key contributor in several clinical acquisitions and helped to develop and expand a Medi-cal network into 9 additional counties. Paul earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from Sacramento State University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a focus in Entrepreneurship from Washington State University.

Blair Bryson

Mr. Bryson is an Accounting graduate of Brigham Young University living in Southern California. Mr. Bryson has over 20 years of experience in Healthcare Management in the California Managed Healthcare Industry. Since 2001, Mr. Bryson has been the owner of in the Inland Empire based MSOs providing delegated services to Medical Groups and IPAs. He has operated MHM Healthcare (MHM) since 2009. MHM provides everything from “full-service” to “partial service” and or consulting through its experienced and licensed staff of in the delegated functions of utilization management, quality management, claims processing, compliance, healthcare finance and healthcare IT consulting. A related company provides consulting and quality & risk adjustment services to medical groups and IPAs. - In addition to operating MHM Healthcare, Mr Bryson was an employee of several IPAs or medical groups in the following positions:
- Chief Operating Officer for Independence Medical Group (140K patients Tulare & Kern County) September 2004 to December 2010
- Chief Operating Officer for Independence Medical Group (140K patients Tulare & Kern County) September 2004 to December 2010
- Senior Vice President of Regal Medical Group, Inland Empire Operations ( 52K patients San Bernardino & Riverside Counties) June 2014 to July 2015
