Eligibility Requirements for Sacramento County Residents

To qualify for the Sacramento Healthy Partners Program, you must meet the requirements set by Sacramento County health officials.

Who can join:

You must be 19 or older and live in Sacramento County. Your income must be at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level.

You must also have one of these:

Restricted scope Medi-Cal with an applicable Aid Code, OR
No health insurance and cannot get health insurance through normal ways
