Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Effects of Termination

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

Dispute Resolution Process

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
