Nivano Physicians proudly offers econsults as an option to all of our contracted primary care providers. We partner with ConferMED to offer econsults as a service to several of our PCP groups and as a benefit to all of our Anthem Medi-cal members. ConferMED is an eConsult platform that allows a PCP to transmit a consult question along with clinical information, images, results, and other content from the medical record directly to a specialist for review.

The consult is sent as a secure electronic message to the specialist who responds rapidly with treatment and management advice. In many cases, the patient’s problem can be managed by the PCP with guidance from the specialist. Patients for whom the specialist suggests the need for a face-to-face visit can be triaged and prioritized more rapidly and effectively following the eConsult review.

There is access to over 150 Specialists at our providers disposal!
- Board Certified: In specialty or subspecialty
- Licensed: Valid licenses in state of residence and where in-state license is required for eConsults
- NCQA Level Credentialing
