Nivano Physicians proudly services Medi-Cal members in counties in Northern California including Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Santa Clara, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba through Anthem Blue Cross, Molina, and Aetna.
Medi-Cal is now accepting special enrollment due to COVID-19.

Join a Health Plan Section
Fill in the oval next to "I wish to JOIN or change my plan to:". Then, fill in the oval for your health plan choice.
Aetna, Molina and Anthem are contracted with Nivano Physicians.
