Nivano Physicians is proud to announce our partnership with Sacramento County for their Healthy Partners Program. The Healthy Partners Program provides primary and preventative health care services to low-income, undocumented adults residing in Sacramento County.
The program provides primary health care and behavioral health care services, women’s health services, along with preventative care, including immunizations, labs, radiology and prescriptions. Anyone who is over the age of 19 and is a Sacramento County resident may apply.
Primary care and lab work are free to all who of those who are enrolled in this program. Medications are available for a low cost at retail stores such as Walmart. If any of your members are interested in joining the Sacramento Healthy Partners Program, please have them call the County’s Member Services Department at 916.874.1805. They are open Monday through Friday and they will be able to answer all questions regarding this program.
